We are looking for motivated self-starters with positive attitudes that can work with minimal supervision. The nation's largest cable television retention company is hiring for Retention/Collections Specialists, Disconnect Technicians, and Equipment Recovery Specialists.
We work with customers who are past due on their bills and help them to pay their bill and keep their cable, internet, and phone services. If payment cannot be recovered, then the services are physically disconnected and the cable equipment is recovered. The more money you collect, the more pieces of customer equipment you recover, the higher your pay. All leads are provided! Bonuses Available for Top Performers!!

Requirements
Candidates must have:
-Reliable truck, van or SUV for Disconnect positions
-Reliable vehicle for Retention Specialist positions
-Pass Drug Test and Background Screening
-Valid vehicle insurance
-Valid vehicle registration
-Valid Driver License
-Clean Driving Record with no DUI’s and no moving violations in last 3 years.

Field Operations Manager
Schedule is full time. Benefits are available. Position pays salary plus bonus opportunities to be negotiated depending on experience.
Seeking experienced, organized manager for the position of Field Operations Manager. This person will manage a team of 8-10 field technicians. Field technicians perform disconnect services and payment/equipment recovery services for one of the largest cable companies in the nation. Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, safety, employee performance, team performance, and other duties as assigned. They will also be responsible for ensuring all work is completed in the allotted time and all moneys/equipment collected are accounted for and properly deposited.
Desired Skills and Experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working in a field environment
- Strong PC skills
- Leadership skills
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
